Every Way to Support Your Local Library
There are so many ways to support your local library. Learn how you can help us help our community in whatever way you can. Even if you have a busy schedule, there are ways to even help from home. Commit as much or as little time as you want. Learn more below!
We have so many books, but you can also order items from any of our 500+ libraries in our Illinois Heartland Library System! The library also lends movies, audiobooks, specialized kits, mobile hotspots, and even a telescope! Checking out items helps your library know that items are being used, and helps us determine what folks need.
Book bundles are a fun way to check out books with similar themes or by the same author. You can tell your librarians what you or a kid in your life likes or wants to know more about and we will match you with the books! Are you a teacher and need materials? Request a Book Bundle! Tell us what you are looking for, and we will do the rest!
Need help with using our e-resources, working on your resume, or signing up for your Covid-19 vaccination? You can reserve a 1-hour session with a librarian to help!
Download our cloud apps and get access to ebooks and eAudiobooks instantly. We are happy to walk you through setting it up on your mobile device. And stay tuned for updates and more e-resource availability coming soon!

Your donations help fund the access to services and resources for Caseyville folks. You can also donate during one of our many seasonal drives throughout the year, such as school supplies, food pantry, or coats and warm clothing. Stay up to date with our social media or monthly newsletter to find out what we are accepting. We also take new and gently used books on our designated drop off days.
You can purchase an item from our Community Garden Wish List! Our Caseyville Community Garden provides hundreds of pounds of fresh produce annually to our Caseyville Emergency Food Pantry!
A Caseyville Library Ambassador supports the library by representing us and spreading our message and news in a way that is individual to you!
They share our news, programs, events, and initiatives with their friends, family, social groups, schools, or other institutions. Ambassadors believe the library is a place where everyone is welcome. They seek to invite our community to enjoy our library in whatever way is best for them. They can even bring our information to groups they attend, such as clubs, organizations, places of worship, schools, or even family gatherings. Even if you are too young for social media accounts you can still become an ambassador and share our news offline!
